It will be Autumn and the August stars
They'll play the violin.
It will be autumn and they will crackle like verses, like the waves of the sea, like the tears of love
The breaths that in August were stars.
And it was August
AUGUST 10
And it will be Summer
and you'll remember the waves of stars that enveloped that midnight with no more blank pages.
It will be. It will be a summer day.
It was August 10 and it all began.
We saw the fireflies floating in the sky like a big comet.

Kiss of the Moon.
Unexpected.
From a tear slips
as a memory
that
soft and pure
caress my ink

From the Pleiades wrapped that calls the Auriga.
Ahead of summer in the heart of winter
It resounds dormant
the hard man
He waits in the sea
the foam of love
That
United to that kiss
will compose the Aphrodite
THE KISSES
And you touch it
the sunset of love
and breathe the wind
Who doth dwell in silence
in the heart of winter.
Look at me
of sweet flattery
Who dance in fear
in sinuous lines.

The Palpitations of Kisses
That confused and mielated
They paint the sky
of docile ardor

Anna Ferriero is an Italian poet and writer.
She graduated from the Liceo classico A. Iervolino Terzigno (NA). Certified level B1 of English at La Verde Isola del Sapere (Cercola). She is a graduate student at the Orientale in Naples. She is a member of WNWU, Doctor Honoris Causa, IFCH Member, Naaman Member. In 2023 she was the winner of the journalistic award TRA LE PAROLE E L'INFINITO directed by Cav. Nicola Paone.
