Shoshana Vegh (Israel)
A poet, a writer, an editor, a translator and a publisher
Shoshana Vegh an Israeli famous poet was born in Israel in 1957. She has Master M.A degree in Hebrew literature. she is member 2 writers association in Israel, was in the board of the Hebrewassociation and member of the association of the Acum, for creators. Leading a group of poets at her local city. She is known around the country for her achievement at poetry in Israel and abroad. She also wrote many articles about poetry for Israeli poetry magazine. in Israel and makes events for literature. She joined the WCP twice.
Her poems published in an anthology in 1980. In 2000, she published her first novel, about the infatuation of a married woman on the Internet. In 2002 her second novel published, and later poetry and children’s books were published over the years. In 2009, she founded a publishing house called “Pyutit” that specializes in publishing poetry books. She wrote 23 books herself and edited over 200 books, poetry, and prose.
She was awarded a scholarship from the House of the President of the State of Israel for her first poetry book, “The Coming of Madness.” 2006 For the book “Sad Ones” 2016 from the Israel Foundation’s scholarship
