The Common Rain

If you are a seeker,
it is better not to hide.
Extend your arms
to the world,
study its people.
Feel the gravity of thoughts.
The high rising epics
all bow down to humanity.
No flower is devoid
of love.
A growing music
is a listening heart;
an art is your
craving soul.
Refresh the notions
in a fog.
See the moonlight
bleeding through wine
glasses,
Wine is the blood
of the common people.
Step out for
the common masses.
Like the soil,
be a stay for earth.
I would lay my crown
on the soil,
and pray for the rain
in parched lands.
